My journey as an artist has blended structure and intuition, balancing the tangible world of form with the deeper landscape of emotion. I began my career under the guidance of the late Michael Roberts CBE of Vanity Fair, where I had the privilege of learning from his visionary approach to storytelling. Over 13 years, I grew from being his assistant to a trusted collaborator, producing shoots that encompassed both photography and film, including the celebrated Netflix documentary on Manolo Blahnik. This time instilled in me a deep respect for meticulous craftsmanship and the timeless power of narrative.

Stepping into my own creative practice, I directed campaigns for brands like Max Factor, crafting their stories with care and precision. When the pandemic arrived, it brought a profound shift. It became a period of introspection and growth, where I explored nutrition, health, and spirituality. Diving into methodologies such as the Gene Keys and dance, I gained a richer understanding of the human experience and the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit. These insights have become the heart of my work, helping me create imagery that feels authentic and deeply connected.

Today, my work focuses on themes of symbiosis, transformation and our natural state of freedom. Through photography, film, and my creative initiative Joy Solor, I aim to inspire others to embrace life fully, savoring its beauty and wonder. My projects celebrate individuality, creativity, and our shared humanity, inviting people to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
